> I have multiple autoimmune disorders, including but not limited to urticarial vasculitis, Hashimoto’s disease, and moderately severe premature atrial contractions. These conditions can worsen when I’m stressed or overwhelmed. Because of this, I may need to take breaks from certain people or activities to focus on my health.
