> i have multiple autoimmune disorders — including, but not limited to, urticarial vasculitis, hashimoto’s disease, and moderately severe premature atrial contractions — all of which worsen when i am stressed or overwhelmed. because of this, i may need to take breaks from certain people or activities to take care of my health.please know it’s nothing personal and that i just need to prioritize myself. i'm capable of managing these episodes and do not need help when they occur.
